We have a lot of families in need right now and you can have an immediate impact by serving on the Meals Team. You can make a meal, or take a meal, or both!


CARE TEAMS

No matter how you are gifted, we have opportunities for you to serve the people of Redeemer in their greatest times of need.

 

Meals Team

Our Make and Take Teams provide meals to those in our church family who need help after surgery or hospitalization, during times of crisis, and after the birth of a child.

Prayer Team

Prays with confidentiality and regularly for prayer & ministry needs that have been submitted.
Submit a prayer request

Card Team

Sends cards to encourage, recognize, and support the people of Redeemer.

 

Bereavement Team

Serves families compassionately through assisting with organizing and serving meals before or after funerals or memorial services.

Hospital Team

When hospital regulations permit, this team visits and cares for the needs of our church families who are hospitalized and in need of friendly encouragement and prayer.

Response Team

Responds to home repair and handyman needs for those who are unable to do them on their own. Click here if you would like to submit a work request.

H.O.P.E. Chest Team

(Helping Other People Everywhere) Team:  Knits blankets, caps, scarves, etc., to give away as needed. Click here to learn more about this team.

Homebound Team

Visits people who are homebound or in a Senior Adult facility.

Grief Team

Visits grieving families and provides reading materials to help them through the grief process.

 

Quilt Ministry Team

Makes quilts to give to away as needed. Click here to learn more about this team.

Sunday Prayer Team

Organized to provide 2 – 4 prayer partners who meet in the prayer room during every worship service to pray for all of those who are a part of that service, as well as to pray with anyone who comes to them prior to, during, or following the worship service.
