Matt Cain
Alice and I have been members of Redeemer for 20 years and are the parents of Caleb (age 23) and our adopted son Scott, along with his wife Katie and their son Zane. I have served on the finance committee, helped count the offering for many years, served in children’s and middle school ministry, participated on the First Impressions team, and have been part of the same small group for 15 years.
Sharla McLaughlin
Sharla McLaughlin and her family—Justin, Avery, Collier, and Amelia—have been attending Redeemer since 2020. She has served in multiple capacities, including the Worship Team, Women’s Ministry Team, and the decorating team. She has also had the privilege of teaching women’s Bible studies. Sharla is a retired nurse and holds a BSN from Southern Nazarene University. She loves this body of believers and is grateful for how this community has been a significant part of her continued spiritual growth and in encouraging her spiritual gifts.
Brandon Geister
My name is Brandon Geister. I’m married to Emily, and we have three children: Benaiah (12), Elora (9), and Steven (7). I’ve been a member of Redeemer for 10 years, and Emily has been a member since she was in high school in the early 2000s. I have served on the prayer team for the past five years and have periodically taught Sunday school classes. This coming year, Emily and I will be leading the young adults’ Sunday school class.
I was drawn to Redeemer after we moved to Tulsa in 2015 because of the people in the congregation. Over the years, many in our friend community have come from our Redeemer family. I’m humbled to join the pastoral search committee, and I look forward to continuing at Redeemer for years to come.
Kerrick Draper
Our family joined Redeemer 17 years ago after moving here from Birmingham, AL. Tracy and I have been married for 37 years. We have four adult children: Allandra Draper; her twin sister, Garrah Welk, who is married to David; Sydney Rippy, who is married to Andrew; and Kelton Draper. You may recall that Redeemer supports the Welks as missionaries in Tokyo.
Tracy and I have served numerous times over the years as greeters, and I previously served on the Nominating Committee. We currently co-lead the Young Adult Growth Group alongside Scott and Nan Hjelm. We have also participated in multiple adult small groups for many years. If voted in, I look forward to serving on the committee as the Lord God Almighty leads.

Nominating Committee
Gretchen Guillette
Redeemer has been my church home for more than 30 years—the place where Brian and I raised our kids and where we continue to grow, learn, and invest. For nearly two decades, I served on Redeemer’s staff in several capacities and am grateful for the deep roots and impactful relationships that continue to shape my faith and commitment to this community. I believe strongly in Redeemer’s successful future.
Professionally, my work centers on mission-driven leadership and community building. After five years helping develop The Common Good in Northwest Tulsa, my current role is with the Tulsa Police Foundation as the Director of Operations and Community Partnerships, supporting projects that strengthen and uplift the Tulsa community.
Jennifer Jennings
My husband, Jon, and I have been married for 20 years and are proud parents of four children: Alexandra (17), Addison (15), and twin boys, Jack and Bennett (13).
Originally from Chicago, Jon and I spent the first 10 years of our marriage living in Scottsdale, Arizona, before moving to Tulsa in 2016.
After a 15-year career as an AVP of Operations at Chubb Insurance, I felt the Lord calling me to step away from the corporate world and devote my time and heart to my family.
My husband’s career brought us to Tulsa, and we were warmly welcomed by everyone at Redeemer.
After settling here, I sensed a new calling and joined Redeemer Preschool in 2018 as a teacher. I continue to joyfully teach there and delight in sharing Christ’s love with our sweet preschoolers.
In my free time, I love serving in the youth ministries at Redeemer, watching our children’s extracurricular activities, and cherishing every moment spent with my family. Grateful for God’s grace and direction in every season, I strive to live a life grounded in faith, service, and love.
