MESSAGE NOTES

STEPHEN’S SPEECH
Acts | Week 6 | June 30, 2019

A man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 7:51–52 NIV

Acts 8:1 NIV

And Saul was there, giving approval to his death.

The Gospel advanced because of his suffering and sacrifice.

Stephen showed us how to live—and how to die.

Stephen showed us how to love our enemies.

We should beware making an idol of the “good life”
