Redeemer is governed by a Leadership Team whose members are nominated by our Nominating Committee from recommendations from the congregation. The Lead Pastor is also a permanent member of the Leadership Team. Team members serve 3 year terms and are staggered so that a couple members roll off each calendar year.

Nominating Committee
Our Nominating Committee is tasked with collecting recommendations from the congregation and putting forth a list of candidates to fill vacancies on the Leadership Team. One member of the Leadership Team serves as a liaison to the Nominating Committee.
