  • We believe our chief aim is to SERVE WELL. Forethought and preparedness are tools that we use to stay FLEXIBLE. Flexibility is the extra margin required to take care of PEOPLE.

  • Rules, Routine, and Regulation all fail to provide full context in how to work like JESUS. We see that one of His NON-NEGOTIABLES was a life full of MARGIN. Therefore, we do everything in our power to adopt this practice.

  • Details are what take us from good to great. We strive to do all of our work WELL. It is worship to The Lord.

  • We typically have audio covered, but are always looking for new talent. If you have an interest in learning about audio, or have previous experience in the field, we would love to hear from you!

  • There is always a spot for you on the video team!

  • Our lights aren't extremely flashy here at Redeemer, but don't let that fool you; there is a TON of work put in each and every week to make the room feel inviting, as well as look sharp on the live stream.

  • Graphics are one of the most important things that we are responsible for. A large part of what we do as a church involves participation in Worship and the presentation of The Word. We use ProPresenter to make it easy to hear the Word and minimise distractions.

  • The unsung heroes of the Production Team. As a Stagehand, your responsibilities are simple, but crucial. You aid in communication from booth to stage, moving stage elements such as the podium, changing microphone batteries, etc. This is a servant's position.
