Andrea Stephens lived in nine states before landing back in Tulsa in 2012. Many of them were coastal states, thus her love of the beach and palm trees (there are several planted in pots on her patio).

As a former pastor’s wife of 30 years, Andrea enjoyed creating ministry opportunities for growing in faith through bible studies, mission trips, fun fellowship activities, and serving women in the community.

Much of Andrea’s earlier ministry focused on teen girls.  She had an 18-year column in BRIO (Focus on the Family’s magazine for teen girls), has published sixteen books for young women and created a conference called The B.A.B.E. Event: Beautiful, Accepted, Blessed, Eternally Significant.  She has presented B.A.B.E. in over 35 states and several countries.

Andrea has a BA in Biblical Studies from Liberty University, a Master of Divinity from Oral Roberts University, and Chaplain training through Hillcrest Hospital.

In her spare time, Andrea loves dabbling in oil paints, golfing, going to the movies (mostly to eat the popcorn), planning her next trip to the beach, and getting to Piedmont to love on her two great-nephews, Beau and Brewer, whenever possible.

Tami was born on the plains of Oklahoma but spent most of her growing up years in the mountains of Colorado. Her love of God’s creation and being outside hiking, biking, skiing or gardening was nurtured from living in Colorado. Tami ended up back in Oklahoma at the University of Tulsa. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations and worked for Tulsa Opera and the Arts and Humanities Council. When she married Glenn Roach in 1987, her plans to return to Colorado shifted. With the arrival of their first child, Tami took a twenty-one year departure from the professional world to stay at home. Glenn and Tami now have three grown children that all live on the west coast.

Tami has been on staff with Redeemer since 2011 serving in various roles. She enjoys using her creativity to shape environments and share God’s word.

I grew up in the church! My father was a Presbyterian minister and on a Sunday morning in January 1961, my dad announced from the pulpit that his youngest of five had been born!

I attended Oklahoma State University where I met Doug. We have raised 3 wonderful children and are new grandparents!

I have taught preschool for over 20 years in; Wichita, KS, Kansas City, and then right here at Redeemer Preschool . Transitioning to being the preschool coordinator has provided the opportunity to continue to teach the children, but also to mentor teachers and connect with the sweet families in a new way. I feel very blessed to be a part of the Redeemer team.

Fun fact: I lived with a Maasai tribe in Africa on a short term mission while in college.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Melanie Fell

Controller

Sandra has been working at Redeemer since January 2000, I have had the opportunity to serve as the Office Services Administrator which is a central hub for nearly all that happens here. I love serving the church and equipping people to have the best experience possible.

Before coming to Redeemer, I worked in a variety of professions such as legal secretary, deputy court clerk, court reporter, executive assistant, and office manager and as well as volunteering 2 years as a children's teacher and 22 years as a student ministry teacher and leader at another local church.  Being “grandma” “grammy” “g-ma” is what brings music to my ears!

My time at Redeemer has been Providential from the beginning. Working at Redeemer is a blessing every day. It is exciting and fulfilling to be a part of what He is doing here through not just the staff, but through so many of the people of Redeemer.
