Wise Speaking

We either speak wisely or foolishly.
To speak wisely is to know what to say.
Proverbs 15:2 NIV
The tongue of the wise dispenses knowledge, but the mouth of fools pours out folly.
Wise people speak the truth.
Wise people know what to say, and they know how to say it.
